Location and Accessibility

The easiest way to get around is with a taxi. Front office can help you find one. There is also local bus transportation. The bus stop is 100m from the hotel’s entrance.

From the exit of the airport, follow the road with direction Houmt Souk. Continue straight for 9 km. You find the city center, turn left and continue straight and then right and continue straight following the direction signs you are on the road to the tourist area, go straight on at 10 km you find the roundabout where it is Find the big casino, turn left you find the hotel Jerba Sun Club next to the big casino.

You can call the hotel directly to make a transfer reservation with a taxi

Unfortunately we do not have a shuttle service at the moment but we will be more than welcome to help you arrange a transfer to our hotel.

Jerba Sun Club is located 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the two largest cities of Djerba,

Facilities

A mini club equipped and under supervision is available to our youngest customers from 4 to 11 years, with a daily program. This area is extended by one large outdoor play area with swings slides,

Yes, please contact the front desk and they will help you find the car you prefer to rent.

There is wireless Internet connection at the lobby area, in the the pool terrace and in the Moorish café. The internet is free

There are four tennis courts at Jerba Sun Club. Please contact the front desk in order to reserve a tennis court at the desired time.

After checking in the guests will find in their rooms a welcome gift. If you would like to add a welcome present please contact at resa.sunclub@gnet.tn and will be more than happy to assist you.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the property.

Rooms

If your booking has been made through a Travel Agent please contact them in order to request a room upgrade. Otherwise, please contact the front office and they will give you all the possible options for upgrade. (Upon hotel’s availability and with an extra charge)

All rooms are Non Smoking. Guests can only smoke outside the room.

All restaurants in both hotels are accessible through special ramps. The Beach is not accessible.

There is wheelchair available at the hotel. Please ask at reception
